How can we help you?
Speak to your Leatherman sales representative, or use the contact form below. Once your account is approved we create your company account and email a sign-in to your first account administrator. Your dealer pricing and the product range available to you are attached to the account, so everything you see once you sign in is already specific to your business.
Your representative can review your pricing, add product lines to your range, check the status of an open order, and place an order on your behalf when you would rather hand it over. Orders placed for you are recorded against your account, so you can see exactly what was ordered and who placed it.
Your account administrator can add colleagues and decide what each of them can do. A buyer can browse, build a cart and reorder; an administrator can additionally see invoices, credit notes and account documents, and manage the other users. You can change this at any time under My account.
Warranty claims are handled by Leatherman customer service together with your sales representative. Raise the claim with them and quote the original order number, which you can find under My orders. The resulting credit note appears against your account alongside your invoices.
Sheaths, bit kits, pocket clips and other service items are in the Parts & Accessories category and order exactly like any other line, at your account pricing. If a part you need is not in your range, ask your sales representative to add it.
Browse the catalogue and add lines to your cart, or use Quick Order to enter Leatherman item numbers and quantities directly when you already know what you need. You can also reorder any previous order from My orders, which copies its lines into a new cart for you to adjust before you submit.
Approved accounts are invoiced on net 30 day terms. Accounts without agreed credit terms order on a proforma basis: we issue a proforma invoice and the order ships once payment is received. The terms that apply to your account are shown at checkout.
Yes. The portal is served over an encrypted connection and every price, document and order is visible only to users you have authorised on your own account. Orders are settled on your account terms, so no card details are entered or stored here.
Under My account you will find your invoices, credit notes and trade documents, each linked to the order it belongs to. Users with administrator rights can see and download them; buyers see orders only.
Orders ship by ground freight as standard. If you need a consignment expedited or sent to more than one location, tell your sales representative before the order is released and we will arrange it.
Open the order under My orders. Each line shows its own status, and any line that is temporarily out of stock shows the date we next expect it. Stock and shipping information comes directly from our operations system, so what you see is what our warehouse sees.
Ground freight is charged at a flat rate per order and is prepaid by Leatherman on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. The freight line is calculated in your cart before you submit, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Contact customer service or your sales representative to raise a return, quoting the order number. Once the return is approved and received we issue a credit note against your account, which appears with your invoices under My account.
Approved returns and the credit notes raised against them are listed under My account, linked to the original order, so you can see what has been received and what has been credited.
Yes. Send them in one shipment and reference each order number on the paperwork, and we will raise the credit notes against the correct orders.
